Closed Loop Company, based in Ontario, Canada, runs this page. When you answer the questions, we keep what you tell us about your business, and the name, work email and company name you give us when you ask for a price.
We use them for two things. We price your plan and reply to you. We also count what businesses ask for, such as which desks and tools come up most, so we know what to build next. We never sell your answers, and we never show them to anyone outside Closed Loop Company.
We don't ask for your team's names here. Please keep personal details about other people out of the free-text answers.
Your answers are stored on servers we rent from Railway and Neon in the United States, so they leave Canada. We keep a plan for 24 months after your last visit unless you become a client, and we delete it sooner if you ask at hello@closedloop.company.
